I heard them say they got 75 euro back from a 750 flight. They had to pay a 100 fee for cancelling the hotel. They would have got it all back if they had 2 days notice to the hotel but she announced this last minute. The rave equipment was bought with the rest of the appearance fee that would have been paid to her when she arrived. she kept the deposit She didn't even Skype in, she slept in and missed it.

What a bitch. Sorry, I think khaos con is a trainwreck but seriously. Her unprofessional ism is awful! Two years running she flunked out. Like khoas con is shit thats no doubt but contract obligations are supposed to be upheld. I hope no other con takes her on. It's ridiculous.

Sounds bad but im glad some irish cons are dying out, total overload of them right now and the quality is not good. The only one that seems to be up and coming is kaizoku con because they have really good VA guests

Interesting to see they're doing the cocktail panel on the Friday AND Saturday night, with the whiskey tasting right after cocktails on the Saturday night. It's going to be a messy one indeed!

No real etiquette or anything like that. You just go and have fun. Not everyone is a cosplayer like.

I cosplayed last year's Eirtakon but I'm not doing it this year because I just wasn't arsed coming up with costume ideas this year. I'm only going the Saturday but my day will probably end up like this

>have a browse around the fair
>get Michelle Ruff to sign my stuff
>go to a few anime screenings during the day
>play a few games of Mario Kart or Catherine
>photograph a few cosplayers that really stand out

Ahh I dunno. In fairness I've missed the Sundays for the last couple of years because I end up partying hard on Saturday and would rather be in my warm bed with a cup of tea the next day.

There's a handful of events on Sunday that might interest me, I always feel a tad guilty for getting the weekend pass and missing the craic on Sunday.

Sunday is always shite, I think. Last two years I've showed up early on the Sunday with a mate and we always ended up leaving after a couple of hours.
