You can easily put the band at an angle (seriously just try it) and she very obviously has since wire bows don't sit like that and the sides are flopping in her face as you've already proven with your pics.

I posted pictures of a different type of bow without the long ribbons like Baby posted though (they are a different shape completely to the ones Meta makes). You know, to show you that you were wrong when you said that headeating bows are new (do I really need to quote that again to you?). Who the flip would wear the band on an angle? Hahaha. Yeah, you totally burnt me when you were screaming angrily after being directly quoted to where you were wrong/replying to yourself. Grammar and spelling are very important but I suppose common sense and reading comprehension are more so. 2 years isn't an old fag. I've been into/wearing lolita for 9 1/2 and even that period misses out on a lot of stuff.

You do realise this started because you said that the bow was being worn incorrectly when it's not and that old school bows are always flat (plain wrong but I suppose after being told 5 times you'll never learn).

The cosplays that always piss me the most off are the ones that would require the minimum effort, but still somehow fail to be accurate anyway. I'm talking about when 99% of the cosplay is just normal-ass CLOTHES.

There's a character in the Dresden Files book series who's completely mundane in appearance save the noose he wears around his neck like a tie. Every single person I've ever seen cosplay this character wears a white shirt, with a black jacket and pants. For the noose, they wear this thick-ass rope.

Except in all three books this character has appeared in, he has not once been described as ever wearing a suit jacket (compared to other characters who DO wear full suits). He's never even explicitly been described wearing a white shirt. When the color is mentioned it's always a dark silk shirt, with slacks. And the noose? It's not a fat fucking braided rope. In the narration, the main character nearly mistakes the rope for a bolo tie th first time he sees it because the rope is so fucking thin, more like a clothesline than a big fat fucking braided rope.

Why the fuck do people pay so little attention to goddamn easy simple details? It's one thing if the person doesn't have a dark shirt and simply wants to enjoy representing a series he likes, but I just can't understand why they wouldn't want to represent the character accurately if they like them so much? Why go through the effort at all if they DON'T like it so much?
