To be fair, you can absolutely wear leggings in lolita, so long as you wear boots higher than where the legging ends. I've done it for cute leggings that were advertised as tights online. If you're new, I wouldn't say anything; you'll make a poor first impression and risk looking like an elitist/drama monger.

uhhhh...you can get older ETC pieces for $20 (or sometimes even less). Some of it is cheap, and justifiably so if the skirt is too small to fit a petti and/or if the cut is wrong for any discernible Jfash.

Yeah, your bust is actually crazy tiny. I've never seen a bra band below 26", so unless you're a true 1-2" difference A/B cup where do you even buy bras? I've never seen an adult size chart that goes below a 30" bust and a lot don't go below 31 or 32. My bust is a few inches bigger than yours and a lot of Japanese one-size clothes are too big.

I had a similar situation but the person asked for $20 off a $250 OP (after putting in the bid for 250 which was super frustrating). I asked her if she would take a $10 discount because I bought it at a bit below market value and though I might pay it forward.

It depends on how tall you are and some people don't have defined waists. Even at 100 pounds (I'm 5'4) my waist was barely 25", maybe 25.5".

I'm 140 now with a 29" waist, need to get down to 120 and it will be about 27".

But it IS rare to find one of ETC's cute prints for cheap. The dresses you found aren't impossible to come across, but they take digging. I wouldn't say quite as much as AP and Baby, but goddamn, have I trudged and trudged through clothing looking for some of their cutsew dresses, and they're about average in popularity depending on the print.
