Okay since I've seen everyone on Twitter sharing this Kosmeettiset piilolinssit post, I must ask, are sclera lenses actually that dangerous? I mean, I really wanted to buy a pair for cosplay but I've never heard them being dangerous before. They are MEANT for your eyes so why would anyone make them dangerous?

They're dangerous because they cover so much of your eye (your eye can't breathe properly and dries more easily), which is why you're really only supposed to wear them for a few hours at a time.
