AAC has gotten better in the past few years. Its still small as fuck (for obvious reasons) and yeah, it is super tumblr.

The 4th floor mess was us, it was from a birthday piñata unrelated to the convention.

I was a few doors down from Dylan and his fam. He was questioned, not arrested, he got sassy with them and they shut his ass up and then they were able to figure out that he wasn't who they were looking for and the cops were pissed they just wasted their time. The other guy slammed into a car and got arrested for drink driving and trespassing.
I've met the rest of his family I feel bad for his brother, he seems so normal and so 1000% done with all of their shit.
His mother and sister are different flavors of crazy.
I can't imagine what it would be like to live in a nest of fucking crazies

I was disappointed with a few of the panels. The panelist for the Sweets Deco Panel didn't show up so we ended up just telling Con Horror Stories, the speed dating panel didn't have many participants and they didn't even start until like halfway through, and the Attack on Titan shipping panel had some really annoying immature weebs, but, you know, what do you expect? But I did like the life drawing panel and the one where you make your own fan parody.

I regret missing the YTP panel, but there were people checking badges in the area because of the rave and I'd made it this far without buying a badge. That being said, I found out that being drunk makes the wannabe-tourneyfags crowding the Smash Bros. setup in the game room tolerable (albeit in a "why are you taking things so seriously that you're getting mad over video games" sort of way), so you win some, you lose some.
