I've been wondering this for quite some time: when do we consider a lolita or cosplayer to be efamous?
Do they have to have a certain number of fans? Is the likes they get on facebook important? Is it the drama they create? The number of times they pop up on the internet? And do we make a difference between good and bad efame?
