>>8691115i also keep other stuff on the shelves with my books, but these room threads never have any real inspiration that includes large bookshelves, so i'm just kind of fumbling around with organizing things. right now i try to organize by genre (costuming, science, fiction novels, nonfiction, cookbooks, etc), but i have a LOT of fucking books. i moved cross country a few years ago and realized easily 60-70% of my stuff was boxes of books.
right now most of my books are in a couple of ikea kallax units (the cube ones, a 2x2 and a 2x4) plus a small 2 row bookshelf in my room, but i still have a lot in boxes.
ideally someday i'll devote an entire room in my home to books, but for now inspiring bookshelf pics, please?
