If you used a better picture and asked about specific parts that you had questions about, then we could help. But repeatedly using the same shitty picture that may as well be a silhouette and saying "what fabric" will not help you in anyway. And you first asked about this just a few days ago. This is one of the slowest boards here, and not everyone is specialized in fabric craft. Sometimes, you just have to be patient and wait for someone who is more knowledgeable to come around and help. Barring that, you could have walked to a fabric store with your reference images and asked the people working there. or you could have googled "fabric for uniforms" and found things that way. Or looked up the different uses for different fabrics. And you could have done all of these things while waiting for someone here to help.
But no, you had to run around like a petulant child, crying because no one is giving you their undivided attention at all fucking times.
