Sup /cgl/

I don't usually post here but I'm planning a photo project for next summer and I need your help with getting the costume right.

My high altitude pressure helmet just arrived in the mail today but I'm still not too sure about how to do that rest.

OP find out what g-suit or flight suit was used with that helmet IRL and go from there. Nice helmet BTW. Where did you get it?

Ebay. The one I'm wearing in the first post isn't mine. Took me a good year to find a good deal on it.

The suite that goes with it looks kinda shit since it's made for high pressure it has a lot of
hoses in it and just doesn't look much like a space suite which is what I'm going for.

I don't really understand what this is for. Are you trying to make a space suit based off of some reference media? Are you trying to design your own space suit? Is there some particular vibe you're trying to achieve?

it just has to look like some rough prototype spacesuit. Just think of some early soviet cosmonaut stranded on a planet. I might use some duct tape as well to make it more DIY. Sorry for not making it clear.

Any idea on what belts or other stuff I could use to spice up the overall? I was looking in climbing gear but that stuff mostly looks to modern or is quite pricey.
