Simple simple request, but does anyone know where I can get a jacket like Chie, or some tips on how to turn a plain green jacket into one that looks like hers?

I've been looking around, but I can't seem to find anything that isn't part of a whole costume. I just want the jacket. So, if anyone has any info, It'd be much appreciated.
