How would you slow cook a 20 pound piece of top sound steak in an oven?

I have this huge thing I gotta make for a lot of people.

Anyone else here hate turkey? I think it's too easy to dry it out and even when it's juicy, it just isn't very good.

This year for Thanksgiving I'm thinking of doing quail or pheasant instead.

Pizza hut reception

What's with all the hate towards Pizza Hut?

In my opinion they are undoubtedly the best tasting pizza chain on the market.

I understand they can make it overtly greasy, but that's something I can look past when it tastes so good.

Stuffed crust cheese pizza is god tier for me.

What's your opinion on Pizza Hut /g/?

Sup co/ck/s. I made risotto for the first time and messed up very badly. The texture/creaminess is good (I think) but I made 2 errors. First, I should've used low sodium chicken broth since it turned out a tiny bit too salty for me. Second, I made a fatal error, I used too much butter to the point where I could only have a few bites then had to stop...

Next time I should actually taste it BEFORE I add in the butter to finish. Other than that, I think it was a good first attempt. Will be making it again tomorrow.

Foods with the best fullness to calorie ratio.

What are the best foods that are monstrously filling but don't have that many calories? Things that I can straight up beast feast on without worrying about gaining much weight?

So far I can think of oatmeal, veggies, eggs and tuna fish.

ITT: Restaurants/bars in your area that have good daily specials.

The Mellow Mushroom by me has $2 Tuesdays. Big ass one-topping slices and all shots are $2. That includes drop shots. Filled up on pizza and got drunk for under $14.
