4 eggs will do u a 10 ration cake.
First beat the egg whites for about 10 mins on a Mixer at high speed, meanwhile beat the sugar into the yolks and add a bit of Vanilla flavour to it, add that mixture to the egg whites and mix for about 2 minutes at medium.
Add 1/3 of the flour and stir it in MANUALLY with a flat spatula making sure you make folding movement to trap air inside, its a slow process but it will make ur cake spongeier and much bigger, add this mixture to a previously oiled cake pan and set in previously heated over (180) for about 30-40 minutes.
stab with knife in center to confirm its done.
You're gonna wanna take it out immediatly out of the pan and set it to cool.
cut it, moist it with almibar and add some buttercream or whatever u want inside.
