Broiled thighs
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Paprika
Ground garlic
Dried onion
Salt
Pepper
Preheat the broiler to high. Adjust the oven rack to just under the middle. Pat the thighs dry. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion. No paprika yet. Place the thighs in a heat proof pan and place in the oven. Broil for five minutes, flip and broil for another five minutes. Take the thighs out of the oven, flip them, and sprinkle on paprika. Broil for five. Take them out, add paprika and broil for five more minutes.
It's 20 minutes total. You flip the thighs so often to keep them from burning. Put the paprika on the last ten minutes to keep it from burning too.
