sardines are god-tier when it comes to nutrition.

Drain smoked anchovies, dust in just a haze of flour.
Roast butternut squash in allspice and brown sugar with garlic.
Fry the fish in some fresh oil and blend it with the anchovy and a touch of lemon juice.
Eat with toast and a touch of sour cream.

My dad used to eat these. I can't say I found them overly delicious personally.

That being said I think I will give them another try.

How would you recommend preparing them?

I just went upstairs and found some belonging to my dad. I've never eaten them before and I always thought they smelled bad, but I guess I can give them a shot.

Good kipper. I like these and King Oscar's. Oscars is more of a "hard" smoke and firmer and Brunswick are lighter and softer. So whatever I get in the mood for, theres a kipper for it.
