3 cups cooked rice
1lb bacon, uncooked
7 eggs
salt
Cut bacon into 1/4 inch strips, short ways.
Cook in pan until desired doneness.
Drain and dry bacon, reserving bacon grease.
Cook eggs in same pan until done.
Add bacon back in.
Add rice in.
Use 1-2 tbsp of bacon grease into mixture, start with 1tbsp. You want it to make the rice look SLIGHTLY shiny.
Mix well, salt to taste.
This is my breakfast rice recipe. I can eat a bowl of it a day, lasts me a week
