I just made somewhere between 2500-3500 calories worth of fettuccine alfredo with chicken and mushrooms and I'm going to eat all of it in one sitting on my bed.

How does this make you feel? Pic related is a bit more than half of it.

And no, it's way more than that. You're underestimating the amount of cheese, cream and butter in an alfredo sauce. There are three full chicken breasts in there too.

Nah, I'm just not sure. I just googled and 700 grams of chicken breast has 1200 calories. So yeh, I think the pasta and sauce get it to 3k.

It can't be, because the 700 grams of chicken alone make each portion over 500 calories. Even if I didn't eat any pasta, cream, cheese or butter I would be getting more than 500 calories a bowl.
