Anyone have any cheap fast food delivery places near them? Here in England basically everywhere has a £10 ($15) minimum spend and everythings bretty expensive. I always feel like I've wasted money if I spend £10+ because I could've just bought fish chips and a sausage for less than a fiver.

Sometimes I order from dominos using paypal and then chargeback the transaction because they don't dispute the paypal case for some reason. I hope they don't blacklist me :^).
