You're going to need short grain glutenous sushi rice. Rice seasoning or rice vinegar and sugar/salt.
Wash rice well, water should wash clear or rice will be a gooey fucking mess.
Make quite a bit of rice because youre going to do quite a bit of fucking up the rolls while youre trying to learn in this pathetic amount of time.
Fuck the raw fish deal, you have no idea what you are doing. Try a vegitarian roll or imitation crab. Don't go getting people sick because you're a dumbass.
There are tons of recipes for the rice, but I just add seasoning to taste. Fold rice over itself to distribute seasoning evenly and fan dry rice until its all nice and shiney, cover it with a damp towel until you're ready to use it.
The rest is just spreading the rice on your wrap and arranging the bits.
Rolling takes a good bit of practice.
I hope you know how to sharpen your own knives, because slicing these rolls is another hurtle. Provided you have a shave-your-hair sharp knife, start by cutting off the endpiece, wipe all residue off of knife, and repeat for each cut. Any sticky shit on your knife will tear the wrap and make it look like shit.
Obviously there is much more to it, but this might get you started.
And for the love of god don't use anything other than sushi rice or this shit just wont be worth your time.
