Saute the following
- Onions
- Bell pepper
- Habenero's
Take 2 eggs, beat in a bowl, and mix in with your saute veggies. Add cumin, black pepper, salt to taste. Cook until done and place in a tortilla, add some chopped tomato, roll into a burrito.
Lunch / dinner:
Saute the following
- Onion
- bell pepper
- habenero's
- carrot
- pineapple
- garlic
- broccoli
- protein of choice
Season to choice and add to white rice, or toss into a tortilla for a burrito.
Hot peppers can be used with anything, and are absolutely delicious. I normally toss 1 to 2 in with my saute'd veggies for flavor and heat.
