>used to work at a restaurant that made a soup of the day, every few days... until it ran out
>come in at 6 in the morning, put the soup on the double burner
>remember the chef telling me i might need to thin it out just hours before (closed and opened)
>thin it out to normal soup consistency, half asleep
>chef comes in and asks what the fuck i did to his chili
Fucking tell me you made chili next time.
Also, who the fuck thinks it's funny to post chili threads? Yeah, most of the US puts beans in chili, you're not trolling anybody. I grew up eating chili made with ground beef, beans, and shitty beer, served over rice and topped with diced onions and cheddar cheese.
I also just tried Trader Joe's canned chili and aside from being really bland, it was entirely what I grew up with as normal, basic chili.
These threads don't fool or anger anyone.
