How does fast food in non rush work? Let's take KFC and burger king as examples, you pull into the drive thru at 4:00 p.m. nobody eats at that time but they are open. Is the food made fresh or are you getting lunch rush leftovers? Are they required to keep a certain amount of burger patties, chicken, and fries be kept hot in case someone comes to eat? Do they throw it away if nobody buys it? How often are they supposed to cook new shit? What if a huge group comes in?
