>>7011225Deviled ham is glorious. It's fairly salty, though, so you need to mix it with other stuff. I make it sort of like a tuna melt, where I add onion, celery, (NO pickles, too salty), banana peppers, hot sauce, a bit of mayo and mustard, then spread on toast and broil with a slice of sharp cheddar or pepper jack on top and a slice of tomato. Delicious. The Deviled chicken is pretty good too, as far as canned meats go. Other than that, I mainly stick to canned fish and seafood, and canned corned beef and spam occasionally.
Worst canned meat has to be Vienna sausages. Those have such a distinctive bizarre flavor......
