>>7012250I had a basic recipe that was supposed to be soy sauce, sugar, wine, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce and hot water, but the store didn't have chili garlic sauce and sesame oil is crazy expensive, so I just sub'd the hoisin and chinese barbecue I had in my fridge and added the beef stock because it seemed like something that needed beef stock.
came out niceish. I'd nix the beef stock next time. was probably salty enough already. probably add more sugar too. I like things sweet.
