Hey /ck/,
I'm thinking about setting up a mini-kitchen in my dorm room since my building's "kitchen" is literally just a bunch of cabinets and a microwave. I'd like some advice. I want to put together a shopping list of things I'll need (other than the actual ingredients, though feel free to suggest some if you want). Currently we have a microwave and a water boiler, nothing else though. My list so far is:
>Induction hot plate
>Knife (or knives, do I really need more than one?)
>Measuring shit (a set of cups and spoons)
>Skillet
>Pot
>One of those cooking spoons
>Colander
>Oven mitts
>A rag or towel

Is anything really obviously missing? If you have any specific product suggestions that would be appreciated. I also just have a floor bathroom, so I might want to get a tub or something to put all my waste/water in so I can flush it when I'm done. Does this sound at all practical? I really like cooking and I'm getting really fucking sick of dining hall food and want more experience cooking.
