Is there a bigger faggot in the world of cooking than this piece of shit right here?

Seriously, this man actually disgusts me.

That haughty speaking style where he presumes every word out of his mouth is like decree from Mount Olympus...

His pathetic refusal to defend his Michelin stars...

His endless decrying of 'celebrity chef' culture while being employed full time as a public huckster for Knorr Stock Pots...

The UTTER SACRILEGE of cream in Carbonara....

... Honestly I could see where this guy's criticism of the Michelin system is coming from if he had any legs to stand on. But the context in which this bitching arises gives away the game.

Marco didn't quit running a restaurant to simply fade gracefully into obscurity... If he had done that, his move could be respected. Instead, he withdrew from the scrutinizing gaze of the Michelin Inspectors to withdraw into the world of TV cooking and professional pitchmanship.

Now, Marco likes to say that the reason he turned in his Michelin stars was because he "was being judged by people who knew less than him." When considered alongside his famous propensity to throw out customers who complained about his food, doesn't this sound a little like a man too sensitive to take the heat of criticism?

So I'm wondering, Marco, if you're reading this... What ground do you have to stand on exactly?

You bemoan celebrity chef culture, yet you try your best to be a part of it yourself.

You bash 'fine dining' as little more than a 'posh canopy party,' and yet you yourself admit you were eager as a beaver for those Michelin stars when you were still a young cheflette, now don't you?

Which leads me to my final point:
