Tell me about things u did wrong the whole time which you at some point released and when you did the right way it made all your food so much better? This might also be what seems obvious to you but it might not be to others, like heavy spice use in india its obvious but in the west we use way to little in our cooking.

> Cook brokkoli for 3 min + 30 sec in boiling water, then take it out and let cold water from sink go over them for 5 sec, makes them stiff and fresh! ( can try this with other vegetables too)

If you eat meat and want some new twist try making your own spicesauce;
you need two things, spices and something wet, for the wet part you can use oil, melted butter or soysauce, really anything fluid which tastes okay, then go to your spice collecting sniff on the differnt kinds of spices, one at a time, if it smells like shit dont use it, if it smells okay use it, if it smells good use alot of it. that simple.
