Hello, i am here to ask some of sauce recipies from you, tips and tricks are welcome. I start with usual tomato sauce

I use real tomatoes, Not canned. Boil them as long as you want to the thicker it will be the longer you cook it (Because the water boils away) remember to add the fresh herbs just before eating/canning (Not sure about the canning should it be done when opening the jar and then adding the herbs to maximize the taste) Its prefer to add some sweet in to it you can choose from many varitations from Honey to Coca cola
Some bitterness also can be added via Lemon, Vinegar.
Also onions are welcome to the sauce, Just remember to heat them a bit to make the bitterness go away before adding the tomatoes

Typical Spices i use are: Pepper and Salt
Typical Herbs are: Basil, Oregano, Mint

You can basically add anything into it that you like and get the awsome results easily, Just time and cooking.

Some tips:
When the Sauce is ready add the meat in to it to make it juicy and loving tase of tomato
You can keep a little of fresh tomato to add in it when its ready to get the fresh tomato aroma in it.
