I found the 2001 specs to make excellent freedom fries so here it is.

Cut the fries flat skin on about half a inch high and bake at 575 for 10 to 12 minutes. About 3/4 of the way through squirt with lemon or lime. Salt at the very end after you take out of oven and the freedom fries are glistening and sticky.
