Option 1:
flour, 1 cup
bicarb, half tsp

In a bowl, whisk together flour, bicarb, salt and pepper.
Whisk in the oil.
Make a well in the centre and add the egg.
Beat the egg to uniform yellow then add milk and vinegar.
Mix flour mixture and egg mixture into a shaggy batter, then either:
• drop by the spoonful into simmering water
• put into cheesecloth, steam it whole, let it cool a little, then slice to serve
• bake as four drop scones (or a small loaf of soda bread)
Option 2:
flour, 1 cup
chickpea flour, third cup
salt, 2 tsp
water, 1 cup
cooking spray
Mix together flour, chickpea flour and salt.
Mix in water and let sit 20 minutes or so.
Heat a pan, spritz with cooking spray and fry the batter to make crêpes.
Option 3:
Top with stuffing and bake.

Mix together with instant rice and a little water, then bake as a casserole.

Make turkey pot pie bao.
Freeze some of the pie filling, make a basic bread dough and wrap it around frozen filling then bake or steam to cook the dough and heat the filling through.

Make a chicken-or-turkey stock, thicken it with roux, mix in the pie filling and eat it as turkey stew with lots of potatoes in it.

Or! Mix with soaked, cut up glass noodles or rice noodles and stuff into egg roll skins then deep-fry CAREFULLY.
