I never had Taco Bell either. When I was younger, I remember being in the car hearing on the radio about an e-coli outbreak at my local Taco Bell. I asked how that was transmitted and once I learned that human shit came into the mix somewhere, it sort of translated into an aversion for all mexican or south american "fast" food chains, including Chipotle. Never eaten Chipotle either.

They just opened one of these in Vegas. I'm pretty sure its one of the first stores on the west coast, if not the first.

I ate there and I COULD NOT STOP SHITTING after eating even 2 sliders. The shit was solid but there was just so much...like everything I had ever eaten that stayed in my body hitched a ride with the white castle on the way out.

Anyway the food was good, $34 got me 30 sliders and some fries. I'd say it's on par with In-n-out.

Never had White Castle.

I live in Texas, and we don't have those chains. I'd like to try In & Out at some point, but people I know who've had it before tell me that Whataburger is better anyway, so eh. I've heard mostly negative things about White Castle and it's a yankee chain anyway, so fuck em.

They are lightly fried corn pasties filled with cheese, refried beans, ground pork. That's the basic filling but you can add almost anything to it. You eat them generally with spicy, crunchy coleslaw and tomato-based sauce. It's some sort of national dish in the shithole I live in, but they're pretty good. Not fancy or anything, it's hearty, cheap street food. Great hangover cure.

basically i follow recipe for typical dinner rolls, but add a bit of sugar and a couple egg yolks.
