It's not legally a human, just medical waste at that point. It's more of a moral issue really. I'm certain if someone was caught aborting a foetus solely consume it a legal jurisdiction would step in.

Yes. Made a pâté.

Home birth with a doula. Wasn't an issue to keep the afterbirth.

It wasn't that exception that I would eat it again. Just had it to have it. She wanted to eat it because all mother "do it in nature for nutrients" supposedly it aides the flow of breastmilk.

I wouldn't tell people not to do it, but I wouldn't recommend it either.
