What's the right kind of roasting dish for me to get?
I'm a student and usually cook for leftovers.
I want something that I can just cook in, store leftovers in, reheat, then clean easily. I've used a generic ceramic roaster before but it's a goddamn nightmare to clean, no matter how much I soak and scrub at it.
