Where can I buy goose meat in miami? I want to roast a goose crown for christmas, but I can deal with an entire bird if they dont sell crown.

Is it that hard to find a Goose in America ?

I have eaten goose for the past 5 years in Britain, cover it in orange marmalade and roast it, best Christmas dinner ever.

It's a big country and I dont really live near miami where OP does but I can get frozen geese at a local grocery store, and I live in a small town.

I won't lie, - turkey, duck and goose is not as common in Britain as it is around Christmas time, when it appears everywhere.
It's a Fatty bird but well worth the effort!
