Cut them into chunks
throw 2 large onions in a pot, diced.
toast your spices in a pan for 10 minutes, until they get nice and fragrant. (any spiced you like, THAT WORK TOGETHER, or traditional curry spices.)
add the spices to the onions, mix a tiny bit.
add the chicken. put it ontop of the onions, keep the heat down so you don't burn the onions.
cut 2 medium sized tomatoes into cubes, add them to the pot.
add 2-3 cloves of garlic, and some grated ginger.
Add about a cup(250ml) of coconut milk. let it all simmer for 20 minutes.
