Are you supposed to cook them or can you have them raw? I was thinking of putting it in the blender with some fruit and water in the morning, so that's why I ask.

Nutrion in some plants and grains can only be absorbed after cooking.

But I forgot that instant oats and rolled oats are pre cooked, so it doesn't matter.

rye flakes have even better macros and they actually taste good

they're a bit more expensive though. but seriously, they have more fiber and protein per calorie and taste better than oats do with nothing else added.
