I've heard of people doing this, or using the reduction as syrup for cocktails. Other than that I have no idea how they're still around. They only exist because they were the only Kosher for Passover wine in the US for awhile. Now that there are plenty of others I have no idea who buys it or why.

It's got tradition and I've seen hipsters drinking it too. People who are really frumm and only drink kosher wine probably appreciate the nicer kosher wines on the market, but more secular Jews who will drink treyf wine will pick Manischewitz on holidays just because of the tradition.
