They were huge; easily as big as a large grapefruit and verging on the size of a small melon. The skin was dark, matte purple, the flesh was somewhat yellowish. They were very crisp, with a somewhat tart but very agreeable flavor and middling juiciness.
Help me out here /ck/ what did I eat?
