Just cut the rest into single serve slices, throw those into individuals plastic bags, then throw it in one large ziploc and put it in the freezer. Whenever you want a slice just take it out, throw it in a bowl, and reheat it.

This is exactly what I do. The only problem is it gets dried out when I reheat it, so it's nice to have some extra sauce to go with it.

It only gets better the longer its been in the fridge. If you keep it cover pretty good you could get a week out of it.

About a week I'd guess. Never had to find out though, Lasagne is delicious at lunch and dinner, cold and warm.
It goes surprisingly well with a glass of milk, not sure why.
