Mix oyster sauce with soy sauce at a ratio of 2/3 oyster, and 1/3 soy. Add plenty of sugar. The amount will change depending on how much sauce you make, but keep it at a 1/3-1/4 ratio with the mixture of soy/oyster.
You can use butter with the oil to add a richer flavor. Cook your egg, caramelize the onions. Add the white rice, cook on high heat, and continue stirring the rice.
Once the rice is a golden yellow, add the sauce. You can add a bit of garlic, or white pepper, but I don't personally.
