Also one canadian food, at least I think is canadian, is beaver tail. I'm not talking about the pastry I'm talking actual beaver tail. Usually in a stew that shit is delicious. Maple snow cones are a huge thing in rural quebec.
But Canada doesn't really have much food unique to us. Most of it is just an amalgamation of a bunch of different places so it's rare that something unique pops up.
