What kind of meme-loving fuck actually use these?
Just put an appropriate amount of ground directly in your cup and pour the hot water on top. The ground only really release flavor while the water is still really hot so it doesn't actually matter that much how long it's in there.

They sink perfectly to the bottom and stay there as long as you drink like an adult. It's just some extra flavor anyways and only women don't like that.
