The skating rink project that took NYC 7 years before Trump showed up and did the job pro bono and finished it in 1 year is a great example.
Actually, after reading some stories from his first book The Art of the Deal and the actual news sources from major newspapers about the things he's done, he's 1000x better than everyone in both the Dems and Reps combined. The things he's done alone should make him POTUS.
That, and you literally cannot buy his loyalty.
Besides, close to a third of US presidents were never in government before being voted into the US presidency.
Only in Europe do you need to be a politician to be a president. We don't have that snobby attitude in the United States.
