My scrabled eggs secret is about 50ml of Worcester sauce with about a tablespoon of salt. It comes out black and tastes horrible, but by the time everyone is focusing on complaining about the shit food I would have made off with the eggs.

I haven't given out any more family recipes, since the last time, I gave a precious one to a friend of mine, with the stipulation that she keep it to herself, and instead she handed it out like candy, plus, she changed some of the recipe for the worse. Never again.

"Secret recipes" are for the kind of people who enter cooking competitions at the State Fair or try to one up each other at church potluck dinners. Usually the secret ingredient turns out to be bullshit, like adding mayo where it doesn't really belong.
