i'm definitely going try to make these because ill never find gluten free cinnamon rolls in a store and i need to incorporate more cinnamon into my diet for it's anti-inflamitory properties.

it's actually wheat that i can't eat but gluten free = wheat free. i'll be substituting with another flour that isn't wheat (but may have gluten).

Cinnamon actually has some anti-inflammatory activity. Just like turmeric has antidepressant properties. They're just not very noticeable without consuming large quantities.

I got experimental and mixed olive oil, flour and sugar on a frying pan, pic related is the result (after some time in the fridge; it was too hot to handle)

I ate some of it and it kinda reminded of ...polvorón? Dunno, some kind of christmas thing.

Anybody have any idea what I'm doing and what I'm suppossed to do next? I was planning on giving it a while in the oven, but I'm not too sure.

I've never cooked any meat in the microwave.
I make various types of vegetarian dishes from scratch using the microwave, though, especially curries.

One such is carrot curry with katsuobushi (because I can't find umbalakadha, a type of Sri Lankan dried, smoked tuna similar to katsuobushi), another is Sri Lankan peas-and-potato curry and a third is buttered parsnips (to show that it's not all Sinhalese food I cook in there).
