You guys remember last year I had a smoked brisket and it was amazing. Absolutely beautiful, look at this...I went back and this is what he says word for word, and I guess it's still a bit ambiguous. Now, I don't know how you know he NEVER makes a recipe twice, but that meat definitely doesn't look very fresh, looking back on it.
