It's just an ingredient thing. Like Mexican Coca-Cola v. American coke. Everything from the tortillas to the prep of condiments and meats, even if it's imported stuff the added preservatives affect taste. Try Walmart fresh tortillas versus some corner store tortilla rialto fresh tortillas and you will see what I mean.
