OH GOD /ck/ HELP ME

i just went into the kitchen and there is a pot full of frozen mixed vegetables, tomatoes, a can of pre cooked roast beef chunks, and some other mystery meat in it and apparently a can "cheeseburger mac" is going into it

WHAT THE FUCK DO I DO?
