Trying something new here by using a chuck roast instead of the traditional ground beef in my chilli. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Cube it very fine.

Large chunks in chili can leave the centers untouched by the sauces, unless this is like a 24hr chili younare making.

I was thinking about searing it and then dicing it up into cubes.

I've never braised meat before.

I was looking at all the winning recipes on the ICS website and I keep seeing people using 1 can of Chicken and beef broth and wesson oil. It's on almost every winning recipe.
