>>2992636Yeah, but unlike most other games, this one took a really hard line against killing. The entire message was that you shouldn't kill just because you can, or because you think it's for a greater cause. Killing even a single enemy locks you out of the best/canon ending.
I know he had his reasons, and I know he dies in any ending besides the true pacifist one, but I can't help but feel like he got off pretty light in the best ending (pretty much only Toriel's openly mad at him). Not only has he killed multiple times - he's killed children, specifically.
