put yourself in front of a white piece of paper, maybe with some music you like in the background.
dont plan anything, dont push yourself to do anything, just let it flow, let the boredom compel you to start doodling. maybe start with some abstract shapes or lines. some mindless methodical work, do grids, squares, spirals, etc.
eventually if you think of something simple draw it, again, dont push it, let it come to you.
then when your hand warmed up propose yourself a challenge, a selfportait, draw your room, google pics of some animal and draw the animal.
the important is to stay there the three hours and make sure that by the end of it the page is full, you cant change to another page midway,use every inch available until there is no more space left.
try to make a routine out of this and your drawing will explode eventually, trust me im a doctor
